Martha’s Monitoring™ Service will provide peace-of-mind and alert families to a possible health or safety concern, as part of our meal service for seniors.
When our client answers the door, our driver is trained to observe and note the following:
Drivers are trained to note anything unusual during elderly meal delivery so families can be alerted to a potential problem. Over time, the daily reports provide a great tool to discover trends and patterns and may provide early warning.
Drivers will service the same route daily (as much as possible) so continuity and rapport are maintained. Concerns and questions can be further discussed with our on-staff Certified Senior Advisor.
