Martha’s Monitoring ™ Services for Seniors Provides Peace-Of-Mind to Families

Martha’s Monitoring™ Service will provide peace-of-mind and alert families to a possible health or safety concern, as part of our meal service for seniors.
Our experience in the senior care solutions field brings added value with Martha’s Monitoring™ Service. When you subscribe (To activate, please let us know that you are interested in the monitoring reports), at no additional cost, every time a meal is delivered, our specially trained Delivery Team will observe certain aspects of our client’s well-being.  When our client answers the door, our driver is trained to observe and note the following:

• Length of time to answer door.
• General appearance.
• Change in speech pattern.
• Recognition and cognition.
• Change in mobility.

Drivers are trained to note anything unusual during elderly meal delivery so families can be alerted to a potential problem. Over time, the daily reports provide a great tool to discover trends and patterns and may provide early warning. Drivers will service the same route daily (as much as possible) so continuity and rapport are maintained. Concerns and questions can be further discussed with our on-staff Certified Senior Advisor.

The information gathered as part of our senior care services will be posted on our secured, online reporting site on the day of each visit. Family members will be able to log-in and access these reports. Contact us with questions.
