Good nutrition is critical to overall health and well-being – yet many older adults are at risk of inadequate nutrition. Malnutrition in older adults can lead to various health concerns, including: a weak immune system and increased risk of infections, poor wound healing and muscle weakness, which can lead to falls and fractures.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes we do. Please call our customer service representative for information.
What if I don’t like something on the menu?
You can substitute the pre-selected meal with a vegetarian meal or with the weekly special option. For other possible considerations please call.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire and San Diego County. Please inquire regarding other areas.
How often do you deliver?
We deliver Monday through Friday. Weekend customers receive multiple meals on Friday.
Do I have to be home to receive a delivery?
No, you don’t have to be home to receive a delivery. Meals are packaged in a cooler so they are safe for a few hours. Our driver will leave the meal next to the front door (or in another predetermined place).
Are there any contracts or long term commitments?
No. There are no long term contracts or commitments.
What if I want to try the food before I sign up?

What About Food Allergies?
We cannot prevent cross contamination of any food allergen as we use those ingredients in our kitchen. If you have food allergies, please consult with us before ordering.
